Open a new 900 x 500 px transparent canvas

Set Foreground Color #301d37

Color the canvas

Layers - New raster layer

Selections - Select all

Activate the tube 1206-locale

Modify - Copy

Go back to your job

Edit - Paste into selection

Deselect

Effect - Image Effect - Unique Pattern, default setting

Adjust - Blur - Radial Blur

Layers - Duplicate

Effects - Plugins - Plugin Effects > ECWS Halftone > Spiral Dot 4x4

Change the blend mode to Darken

Layers - Merge - Merge Visible

Layers - Duplicate

Effects - Texture Effects - Weaving

Effects - Plugins - Transparency - Eliminate black

Adjust - Sharpness - Sharpen

Effects - Edge Effects - Enhance

Effects - 3D Effects - Drop Shadow, black

Lower the opacity to 65

Activate the tube 1206-locale again (it's still in memory)

Edit - Paste as new layer

Position left as the finished image

Effects - 3D Effects - Drop Shadow, black

Layers - Merge - Merge Visible

Activate "pennello"

Edit - Copy

Go back to your job

Edit - Paste as new layer

Layers - Merge - Merge Visible

Layers - Duplicate

Effects - Plugins - MuRa's Meister - Perspective tiling

Activate "fiorigialli_LV19"

Edit - Copy

Go back to your job

Edit - Paste as new layer

Effects - Image Effects - Offset

Layers - Merge - Merge Visible

Activate the Selection Tool - Custom Selection

Fill the selection with white color

Selections - Modify - Contract 2 px

Press the Delete key

Deselect

Activate the Pointer Tool - Set to Perspective, like the screen

Act with the mouse on the nodes tightening like the screen

Layers - Duplicate

Image - Reflect

Layers - Merge - Merge Down

Effects - 3D Effects - Drop Shadow, black

Activate the tube "Girl with Duckie - tubed by A PSP Devil"

Edit - Copy

Go back to your job

Edit - Paste as new layer

Image - Resize to 70%, all layers unselected

Don't move!

Adjust - Sharpen

Image - Add border 2 px color #ffffff

Selections - Select all

Image - Add border 30 px color #f3cc6f

Effects - 3D Effects - Drop Shadow, black

Repeat the effect by changing Vert. and Horiz. to -5

Deselect

Image - Add border 2 px color #ffffff

Activate "wordEaster"

Edit - Copy

Go back to your job

Edit - Paste as Raster Layer

Position in the upper right corner, like the finished image

Sign your work

Save in JPG format
